What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
