Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing is a Albuquerque manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
