Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Bridge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Wichita design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
