Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
