Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Wichita. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
