Highbridge Keystone Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
