Lumen Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment.
