Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
