Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Vale Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
