Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Rook Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
