Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright North Property Management manages apartment communities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
