Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience.
