Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Families are partners. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
