Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
