Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Tucson with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
