Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
