Lumen Mill Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience.
