Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Toledo, OH)

Fernwood Loom Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
