Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Toledo, OH)

Summit Property Management looks after rental homes across the Toledo area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
