Nova Ivory Civic Services Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
