Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Toledo working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
