Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
