Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Tampa working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
