Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
