Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Field Community Partners Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
