Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Ember Community Partners runs community programmes across Tampa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
