Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
