Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
