Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a St. Louis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
