Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Spokane. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
