Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the Spokane area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
