Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Linden Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Spokane, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
