Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
