Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
