Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
