Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Savannah supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
