Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Rowan Arts Center is an arts centre in Savannah with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
