Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
