Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group is an education provider in Savannah serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
