Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Ridge Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on volunteer coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
