Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (Savannah, GA)

Westbrook Quill Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Savannah, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
