Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Jose, CA)

Bright Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Jose working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
