Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Nest Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
