Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
