Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
