Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath West Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in San Diego, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
