Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in San Diego. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
