Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
