Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Corner Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in San Diego, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
