Programme Coordinator - volunteer coordination (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on volunteer coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
